We’ve been appointed to sharpen IVFmicro’s brand positioning and create a new website to support its next stage of growth.

Some projects capture the imagination from the very first conversation. IVFmicro is one of them!

A University of Leeds spinout based at Nexus, the university’s innovation hub, IVFmicro is developing medical device technology with an ambition to improve IVF outcomes worldwide. Bringing together expertise in engineering and reproductive biology, its microfluidic technology aims to create a more controlled environment for embryo development, with the ultimate goal of giving more people a better chance of starting a family.

It’s a powerful story, and we’re excited to help tell it.

Our appointment spans brand positioning, strategic copywriting, website design and development. Working with IVFmicro’s existing brand guidelines, we’ll build on its distinctive use of colour to create a digital experience that communicates both the science behind the product and the human ambition driving it.

Initially focused on investors, the website will clearly explain the technology, the problem it aims to solve and the opportunity ahead. Photography, imagery and thoughtful interface design will bring emotional depth to that story, helping visitors understand why this work matters.

Built on Payload CMS, the website will provide a focused, flexible platform for this stage of the business, with straightforward content management and room to evolve. As IVFmicro progresses through clinical development, regulatory milestones and future funding rounds, the site can grow with it, with scope to introduce a greater patient and consumer focus over time.

An inspiring team, an important ambition and a story we’re proud to help bring to a wider audience.

“IVFmicro has quickly become something of a passion project for our team. When you meet people working on technology with the potential to make such a meaningful difference to people’s lives, it’s hard not to feel invested in their ambition.

“For us, the exciting challenge is bringing scientific credibility and human emotion together. Investors need to understand the technology and the commercial opportunity, but also the people and purpose behind it. There’s already a bold creative foundation in the brand, and we’re looking forward to building on that to create something memorable.”
