At Show + Tell, we believe in pushing boundaries, breaking new ground, and delivering experiences with impact. These beliefs are exemplified in our partnership with DENTON, a leading player in commercial interior design in the UK. DENTON came to us looking for a rich brand experience that inspires visitors and highlights their innovative, specialist service offering.
The synergy between our teams has resulted in a website that showcases DENTON's unparalleled design expertise and sets a new standard for B2B websites in the digital landscape.
Competitor analysis and a full review of the existing site was the first stage of our approach to the DENTON site overhaul. This was done before we won the brief for the work, and we took this research further once we’d secured the contract and had access to information that could guide us from a UX and CRO viewpoint, and inform the design and functionality.
The business wanted to move to a new domain as part of this project, so our Marketing team was on hand to deal with the SEO implications of that, whilst our design and development teams utilised the findings of our research to develop a concept that propelled the DENTON brand ahead of its competitors.
We presented a highly compelling, editorial concept, which showcased the incredible projects using quality imagery, video and interactive aspects, which would not have been possible with a new CMS, as the previous site was quite restrictive in what it could support. The site was also flat and didn’t particularly engage or provide the opportunity for the user to dive deeper into a project, and this was a big opportunity for DENTON to get right.
The existing site was also quite confusing, and part of our work was to simplify the user journey through a streamlined sitemap, making information simple to access for the different audience types. Crucial aspects - from our perspective - were things such as having the Services pages in the main nav, as these important pages were hard to find, and that’s not ideal for such a considered purchase where research and information gathering are key. Clear call-to-actions were also lacking and this was impacting conversions.
All of this - and more - was taken care of in our approach to the project.

It is now abundantly clear from the new DENTON site that they’re a commercial interior design business and expert at what they do.
Their brilliant projects take centre stage thanks to video, and high-quality photography, and services and expertise are highlighted with clear and concise pages that are easy to find and navigate no matter the device. It’s interactive, engaging, and hits the brief head-on.
